Campgrounds along the Trinity River

Forest Service Campgrounds: There are numerous campgrounds right along the river including Pigeon Point,Big Flat, Skunk Point, Big Bar, Burnt Ranch, Cedar Flat, and Hayden Flat.

Big Foot RV Park and Campground: Located along the Trinity River near the Pigeon Point run, this is a decent alternative to the Pigeon Point Campground. (800) 422-5219

Camping Tips

The Forest Service Campgrounds in this area are quite nice with well-maintained bathrooms, big picnic areas, and great river access. If you have a big group, there are also several group sites, including an excellent one at Pigeon Point.
